How Do I Stop Receiving Messages?
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any Vaalia text message.
After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. No additional text messages will be sent unless you subsequently opt in again.

“I agree to receive text messages from Vaalia Health regarding program enrollment, onboarding, scheduling, reminders, coaching communications, patient support communications, care coordination activities, and other program-related updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of receiving healthcare services.”
